The theme for Tokyo's summer semester led by Erez was 'Initiatives for negative spatial growth' and revolved around the Tokyo metropolitan, 'Japanisem', Japan culture, housing typologies, Japan's unique building technics and our impressions on the pressing topic of the Japanese negative birth rate and it's fast growth.

The pole and the tree project reflects my interest in infrastructure excess through interpretation of the city
infrastructure pole as I compare it to the ancient Yakushima Sugi.
Criticizing the Japanese urban scenery that is filled with infrastructure poles, technological interference and the
private-municipal interactions.
